All seemed prepared and collegial with each other.
 
Accessing the Meeting and Materials
The meeting did start on time. I was able to attend the whole meeting from 5:15PM until 6:22PM
 
I had the agenda.  However it took several weeks for me to get the minutes. The meeting used a new type of app, Microsoft Teams.  It was easy to get into.
 
Summary of Discussion
The Commissioners seemed to get to all the agenda items.
 
Mission Statement:
The Commissioners looked at the Statement.  Stated it needed revision as it was 3-5 years old.  Also they would have to have a public hearing to change it. 

Bylaws:
The Commissioners discussed the by-laws, as seemed "fluffy" and did not mention "race."

Training:
All Commissioners are watching a video about The Public Records Act so that they know what has to be made public in a meeting.  Some letters may have to be made public.

Compensation:
Compensation for 2 high School students was discussed, about $50 per meeting.  The Commission has a budget of $6000 per year.

The meeting ended with several ad-hoc committees being created to address the above issues.
