Every fall before the general election, volunteers criss-cross Seattle and the Eastside to speak about measures on the general election ballot. League Speakers highlight the pros and cons about the issues and talk about what a "yes" vote means and what a "no" vote means. - The Importance of Voting

League members regularly help oversee elections for housing communities as impartial observers. Usually this involves ensuring a secret ballot, counting the votes and certifying the results at the end of the election.
