Saturday, November 21 St. Andrews Lutheran Church The lobby team of the League of Women Voters of Washington (LWVWA) will again be holding two action workshops this month, in order to make it more convenient for members in different sections of the state to attend. In addition to the Bellevue workshop, there will be a workshop in Kennewick on Saturday, November 7. Both workshops will cover the same topics; members are welcome to register for either or both. The workshops offer information and training on the legislative priorities for the coming year. The priorities to be addressed are:
Eastside units of the League of Women Voters of Seattle always provide a delicious lunch for the Bellevue workshop; lunch will also be served at the Kennewick session. Members who attend will have the opportunity to work and to socialize with members from other Leagues throughout the state, as well as to prepare for action in the new legislative session.
